Products
BANTR makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and information displayed on our website are accurate.
As many of our products are natural food products, slight variations in colour, aroma, flavour, packaging, or appearance may occur and shall not be regarded as defects.

Pricing

Orders

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
BANTR does not store or have access to your payment card information.
Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which complies with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, BANTR may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, competitions, giveaways, or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
